in Malatya, Türkiye.
Created to expand our existing manufacturing capabilities in Istanbul,

Our manufacturing environment is designed around modern sewing technologies, precision cutting systems, specialized denim equipment and efficient production workflows.
From technical sample development and fabric inspection to cutting, garment construction, finishing, quality control and packing, every stage is organized to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency.
Our specialized machinery and flexible production systems allow us to handle complex constructions, detailed designs and smaller production batches, while maintaining the consistency required by established international fashion brands.
Through continuous investment in machinery, industrial engineering and workforce development, we aim to establish M-Lab as a reference point for modern denim and woven garment manufacturing in Türkiye.

M-Lab was developed with environmental responsibility at the heart of its industrial infrastructure.
Our 13,000 m² closed manufacturing facility incorporates a substantial rooftop solar power installation, with approximately 1.2 MWp of installed solar panel capacity, helping reduce dependence on conventional electricity sources.
The facility is equipped with advanced energy, climate-control and resource-management infrastructure designed to support efficient manufacturing.
Our production model deliberately separates garment manufacturing from water-intensive washing, dyeing and chemical finishing operations.
This approach enables M-Lab’s on-site production operations to generate minimal industrial liquid process waste, while supporting more controlled resource management.
For us, responsible manufacturing is not simply a statement. It is a principle incorporated into the way we design our facilities, organize our processes and plan our future investments.

Expanding Our Manufacturing Capabilities.
M-Lab begins its journey with an operational production capacity of approximately 30,000 garments per month, supported by DeniMai’s established manufacturing units in Istanbul.
Together, our manufacturing operations offer a combined monthly capacity of approximately 80,000 garments.
Our Malatya facility is designed for progressive expansion, with investments in machinery, production efficiency and technical capabilities supporting our long-term growth strategy.
We focus on premium denim, complex woven garments and flexible production programs, combining the agility required for smaller collections with the infrastructure to support larger manufacturing volumes.
M-Lab strengthens our ability to offer international brands greater production control, reliable quality and faster technical problem-solving.
